Bio

Parker is a founding partner of Allred Vogt & Stuart and has extensive personal injury and commercial litigation experience. Parker previously managed the litigation for a large, multi-state personal injury law firm where he successfully handled, litigated, took to trial, and/or resolved hundreds of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall injuries, dog bites and other animal related injuries, sports injuries, construction accidents, and other incidents involving negligent conduct and damages. Parker has taken numerous cases to trial and obtained several favorable jury verdicts on behalf of his clients.

Prior to focusing his efforts on personal injury law, Parker previously worked at a preeminent national law firm for the better part of a decade where he litigated with or against—and benefited from the mentoring of—many of Utah’s most accomplished lawyers. For years, Parker represented Fortune 500 companies and others involved in commercial and personal injury disputes. This experience helped forge Parker into the lawyer he is today. Throughout his career, Parker has regularly been recognized by his peers for his talents and efforts and named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers and Utah’s Legal Elite’s “Up & Comers” for several years.

Parker was raised in the Wasatch Front, but attended and graduated from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. Parker then went on and graduated from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he was a Board Member and the Executive Text Editor of the Utah Law Review. When Parker is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Alexandra, and their three children. He lives in Cottonwood Heights and enjoys skiing the “Greatest Snow on Earth.” Parker is an avid sports fan, particularly of college football. And when he has time, Parker also enjoys competing in—and finishing—Ironman triathlons, cycling and other fitness activities, golfing, traveling the world with his family, and most anything else under the sun.
