Jeremy Stuart

Jeremy is a founding partner of Allred Vogt & Stuart. He is a trial lawyer who has obtained numerous successful jury verdicts for his clients. These verdicts include cases involving slip and falls, catastrophic personal injuries, brain injuries, and wrongful deaths. As a result of his trial experience and success, Jeremy has consistently been recognized by his peers. He has repeatedly been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers and one of Utah’s Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine.

 

Jeremy’s practice includes all areas of personal injury. He specializes in cases involving automobile accidents, truck accidents, construction injuries, and wrongful death.

 

Prior to founding Allred Vogt & Stuart, Jeremy was a shareholder at one of Utah’s oldest law firms. During that time, Jeremy represented many of the nation’s largest insurance companies, trucking companies, building supply companies, and retailers. This experience provided him with invaluable information that he now uses to maximize the value of his client’s personal injury claims.

 

When Jeremy is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
